Also included in this latest photograph drop is shown to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a pool.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and includes a legend detailing various sections of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
